Junior Naturalist (Citizen Science) August 3rd through August 7th
Monday to Friday; 9:30am to 1:30pm; $400 per child per week
Participate in authentic citizen data collection as we uncover and discover life around the Environmental Center. By recording and identifying what we've seen, we’ll help biologists keep track of what's happening and better protect our local biodiversity. There will be one on-site canoe trip and one off-site field trip to The Raptor Trust and Great Swamp!
Eastern Woodland Handicraft August 10th through August 14th
Monday to Friday; 9:30am to 1:30pm; $400 per child per week
Explore Lenape Native American life through handicrafts and traditions, including pottery, natural pigments, basketry, storytelling, games, and more. There will be one on-site canoe trip and one off-site field trip to South Mountain Reservation – Hemlock Falls.
