HOLIDAY HERBAL SCRUB-MAKING

Thursday, December 5; 5:30pm to 7pm

All ages. Make and take a homemade herbal scrub. Visit our geodome to harvest lemon balm and lavender. Learn about the power of scent and how to care for your skin using nature to promote self-care. We will select our favorite scents from herbs and essential oils and add them to create a sugar or salt scrub of your choice.  All materials included. Participants will leave with a custom crafted scrub to try at home! This class has an outdoor component, so please come dressed for the weather. Pre-registration and payment required either in person, by mail or online at www.essexcountyparks.org/calendar.  Fee: $15 per child and $20 per adult
